What is a section 8 notice?
A section 8 Notice can be served on a tenant by a landlord to terminate a tenancy, when the tenant has breached one or more terms of the tenancy agreement, including failure to pay the rent due. The section 8 notice must be served in writing and must include the grounds for termination.
The notice must also allow the tenant a required period of time to vacate the property and/or rectify the breach of the tenancy agreement.
Our team of legal professionals can assist in drafting and serving your section 8 notice to ensure that it is valid and recognised by the courts.
